3. Wire Fraud Prevention Notice
Never trust wiring instructions via email. Criminals/hackers are targeting email accounts of various parties involved in real estate transactions (i.e, lawyers, title agents, mortgage brokers, real estate agents). These emails are convincing and sophisticated, and may look like legitimate emails from the proper party. Among other concerns, this has led to fraudulent wiring instructions being used to divert funds. If you receive an email regarding instructions containing any suspicious information, do not click on any links and do not reply. Before sending funds, independently verify all payment and wiring instructions by calling the intended recipient at a telephone number obtained from a trusted source. Do not use a telephone number, link, or contact information contained only in the email requesting the transfer. In addition, please refrain from placing any sensitive personal and financial information in an email, directly or through an email attachment. When there is a need to share Social Security numbers, bank accounts, credit card numbers, wiring instructions, or similar sensitive information, please use secure means, such as providing the information in person, over the phone, encrypted and/or password protected email, or through secure mail or package services.
4. Contract Negotiations.
Contract drafts, comments, discussions and negotiations contained in this communication shall not constitute a binding agreement. A binding agreement between the parties to a contract shall occur only after all parties have reviewed, approved, fully executed and delivered a written contract to all parties.

The particular entity providing a service is identified by the applicable agreement, listing, disclosure, invoice, or other transaction document. Real estate brokerage services are provided by Icon Realty Brokerage, LLC. Property management, concierge, and community association management services are provided by Icon Realty Management, LLC, as applicable.
